Policy

PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

PAYMENT

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover from U.S. issuing banks only.
  • We do not accept payment from non U.S. issuing banks.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason.

SALES TAX

  • 6.5% sales tax is charged for all orders shipped within the state of Florida.
  • No sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped outside the state of Florida.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • We process orders from 10AM - 5PM EST, Monday - Friday(Business days)
  • Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday
  • We will do our best to process & ship your order the same day we receive it.
  • Orders received after 2PM EST will be shipped on the following business day.

SHIPPING

  • We only accept orders from the US.
  • We only ship to the continental U.S.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • All orders are shipped via select carrier.
  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive email confirmation and tracking number.
  • Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Galactic G is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Click the returns form link located at the bottom of this list and fill out the form.
  • Galactic G offers store credit or exchanges only. Refunds will only be issued if the product you received has a manufacture's defect or if Galactic G made a mistake on your order.
  • Shipping will not be credited. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and the new shipping charges of the replacement item.
  • If we made a mistake with your order or if you received product that has a manufacture's defect, we'll pay for all shipping costs.
  • All products must be in brand new condition.
  • Shoes: Must be in original box, unworn, unlaced, with all original accessories. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box.
  • Apparel: Must be in brand new condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
  • Decks: Must be brand new, in original packaging, and with all the accessories. Any deck that has been assembled, gripped, or ridden is not returnable.
  • Trucks/Wheels: Must be brand new, in original packaging and unused.
  • DVDs/Accessories: Must be brand new, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on closeout or sale items.
  • We do not accept COD returns.
  • If you are unsure of the fit of a shoe, apparel item, or have any questions regarding color or features of an item, please contact us before ordering.
  • Galactic G reserves the right to refuse any return claim.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

  • Any refused shipment will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be credited minus the the original shipping costs.
